Merchant Processing

Grand Valley Bank works with merchants on their processing of bankcards. We are pleased to partner with First National Bank of Omaha, one of the nation's largest processors, to bring you fair discount rates and timely service.

GVB is able to work with your business whether your customers walk through your front door, call in their orders and reservations to you, or order your goods over the Internet. We have the equipment available to get you started processing, or to replace old, tired equipment that you have outgrown or worn out.

Service After the Sale

Grand Valley Bank provides service after the sale. When your business processes bankcard transactions through us, we offer local, responsive support. If your terminal or printer fails, we will get a loaner out to you. If you need printer tape or printer ribbons, we provide those for free. If you need assistance after hours, there is a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week technical support line staffed by representatives that can assist you. All we ask is that you have a business checking account with GVB for the bankcard deposits.
