There are a few ways to report lost or stolen cash or check cards. The easiest and quickest way is if you have access to NETTELLER:
- Log onto your NETTELLER account
- Click on the Options Tab at the top
- Click on the ATM/Debit Card tab at the top right
- Check the box for the cash or debit card you want to report lost or stolen
If you do not have NETTELLER access you may contact us directly to report the card lost or stolen. If you are calling during business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time) you may call 970-263-2523 or toll free at 1-877-859-6040. Ask to be directed to bookkeeping.
If you are calling after business hours (5:01 p.m. to 7:59 a.m. Mountain Standard Time) you may call 970-263-2523 or toll free 1-877-859-6040 and use extension #2523. You will be directed to leave a message regarding you lost or stolen card. We will cancel the card and contact you for further instruction.
Please remember that as long as you report your card lost or stolen within two days your maximum exposure for unauthorized transactions is $0.00. If you report it later than two days your maximum exposure to loss is $50.00.
