If your terminal or printer fails, we will get a loaner out to you. If you need printer tape or printer ribbons, we provide those for free. If you need assistance after hours, there is a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week technical support line staffed by representatives that can assist you. All we ask is that you have a business checking account with GVNB/HVNB for the bankcard deposits.
